Mobile Integrated Meteorological
Complex "Svarog"
Intended use
Mobile Integrated Meteorological Complex "Svarog" is a mobile meteorological and radar information measuring complex designed to provide meteorological information to meteorological services, civil (state) aviation units and any other interested users.
All the available meteorological information is gathered, processed and displayed in a convenient user-friendly form.
Svarog ensures:
- measurement and display of atmospheric parameters: wind speed and direction, atmospheric pressure, temperature and relative humidity of air;
- measurement of atmospheric transmissivity and calculating meteorological optical range;
- measurement of cloud height;
- measurement of rainfall, temperature and soil moisture, snow density;
- detection, in circular, sectoral and raster mode, of zones with dangerous weather phenomena, their physical and spatial characteristics, clearance distance to dangerous weather phenomena affecting aviation safety;
- registration of lightning discharges (azimuth, range) from cumulonimbus at a distance of up to100 km;
- transmission and reception of measurement results in meteorological codes, including those of spacecraft; automatically filling in of weather journal and service documents;
- automated processing and analysis of hydrometeorological data, forecast of weather conditions;
- documentation and archiving of information.

The Complex includes:
- Unmanned automated meteorological station;
- Meteorological Radar Station for Airdrome Terminal Area "Monocle";
- Temperature Profiler;
- Ceilometer;
- Mobile complex of lighting equipment;
- Gasoline power generator;
- Automated workstation of multifunctional radar operator;
- Automated workstation of unmanned automated meteorological station operator.
